The whole tale was very light and swept you from pure delight to such sorrow in a way that could be understood by a child. My first introduction to Oscar Wilde’s fairy tales which I have been meaning to read for a while. Want to Read saving…. A beautiful and moving adaptation of a powerful and poignant story.
